How To Use

1. Click one of the headings on the left to start a tutorial.
2. The tutorial will appear within the main panel.
3. Step through the whole tutorial, miss sections, or repeat them by clicking the section headings on the left.
4. Use the controls at the bottom left and right of the window to play/pause, fast-forward or reverse within a section:
   
   

   	Reset the current section back to the beginning.
   	Pause or Play the tutorial.
   	Shows current position within the section. Can be dragged to move to another position.
   	Move back or forward a step in the current section.

5. Press F1 to see these instructions again.
